We need to complete a one-time verification with BankID before you get access

Microsoft Entra ID confirms which organisation you belong to, while BankID confirms your personal identity. Together this ensures that the right person gets access to the right services.

This verification is only performed the first time you log in.

Your privacy is safe with us

No sensitive data is stored: Your national ID number is never stored by Telenor. It is used only for a one-time, real-time confirmation of your name.
No access to files: Telenor does not get access to your emails, documents, passwords or personal files at Microsoft.
Only a secure link ID: We store only a unique, encrypted link key (UUID) that confirms your Equinor account and your Telenor ID belong together.
